Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them or your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue.

Informal Resolution First

Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact us at info@liveinvitality.net to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make a good-faith effort to address your concerns within 30 days of receiving your written notice.

Time Limit on Claims

Any claim arising from your use of the Site must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose. Otherwise, the claim is permanently barred.

Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Live In Vitality each agree that any dispute resolution proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis, and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
