A Note From Dr. Tracy
What I want you to see in the mirror
Real beauty is not something we paint on. It is something your body creates when it is nourished, balanced, and cared for.
I have met so many women and men who spent years treating the surface, only to discover the answer was underneath all along. Here, we look deeper, so the glow you see in the mirror is a reflection of how well you truly are.
Skin & hair questions, answered
How is this different from a med spa?
Most med spas focus on treatments for the surface of your skin. We are a medical practice that starts by asking why your skin or hair is changing. We look at hormones, thyroid, nutrients, gut health, and stress, then support the surface with treatments that work alongside those changes.
How much does a skin and hair visit cost?
First visit: $249. A full skin and hair evaluation, including your history and the labs we recommend.
Second visit: $199. We review your results together and build your personalized plan.
Follow-up visits: $150. Check-ins to track your progress and adjust your plan.
Labs are separate and can often be billed to your insurance, or you can use our discounted cash lab pricing. Any treatments or products are reviewed with you before anything is started.
What causes adult or hormonal acne?
Adult acne is often linked to hormone shifts, including higher androgens, blood sugar and insulin changes, PCOS/PMOS, stress, and gut health. That is why topical products alone often stop working. We look for the drivers behind your breakouts.
Why is my hair thinning or shedding?
Common causes include thyroid changes, low iron or ferritin, hormone shifts such as perimenopause, postpartum changes, or changes in testosterone and DHT, stress, rapid weight loss, and nutrient gaps. Many of these show up in labs, which is where we start.
What labs might you check?
Based on your concerns, we may check hormones, a full thyroid panel, iron and ferritin, vitamin D, B12, zinc, blood sugar and insulin, and markers of inflammation, with gut testing when your story calls for it. Labs can often be billed to your insurance, or you can use our discounted cash lab pricing.
How long before I see a difference?
Inside-out changes take time. Skin renews itself roughly every four to eight weeks, and hair grows slowly, so hair changes usually take several months to see. Everyone responds differently, and we track your progress at each visit.
Do you see men?
Yes. Men deal with thinning hair, acne, and skin changes too, and the root causes are often hormonal, nutritional, or stress-related. Our skin and hair care is designed for women and men alike.
Do you offer other aesthetic treatments?
Our focus is skin and hair health from the inside out, and our services continue to grow. If you are interested in a specific treatment, ask us and we will let you know what is currently available.
