Hormones influence nearly everything, from sleep and mood to weight and skin. See how many of these you have been living with.

Where Are You in Your Journey?
Every stage of womanhood brings its own changes. Choose yours to see how we can help.

Cycles, PCOS/PMOS & Fertility
Your cycle is a vital sign. When it is off, it is telling you something.
PCOS was officially renamed PMOS (polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome) in 2026 to reflect what it really is: a whole-body hormonal and metabolic condition, not just an ovarian one. We treat it that way, and we bring the same root-cause approach to painful or irregular cycles and to women preparing for pregnancy.
What we look at
- Insulin, blood sugar, and metabolism
- Androgens, estrogen, and progesterone
- Thyroid and key nutrients
- Cycle patterns and ovulation
How we help
- PCOS/PMOS care for the whole body
- Fertility and preconception optimization
- Nutrition, supplements, and metabolic support
- Coordination with your OB-GYN or fertility specialist

Perimenopause
The transition that can start years before your last period.
Perimenopause often begins in your late 30s or 40s, and it is one of the most overlooked stages of a woman's life. Your labs may look "normal" while your sleep, mood, cycles, and waistline tell a different story. We listen to that story, because in hormone care, how you feel matters as much as any number.
Common signs
- New anxiety, irritability, or low mood
- Poor sleep and 3 a.m. wake-ups
- Heavier or unpredictable cycles
- Weight shifting to the middle
How we help
- Comprehensive hormone testing
- Progesterone and estrogen support when appropriate
- Non-hormonal options for sleep and mood
- Metabolic and weight support

Menopause & Beyond
This is not the end of feeling good. It is a new chapter.
After menopause, lower estrogen and progesterone can affect far more than hot flashes, including sleep, bone and heart health, skin, intimacy, and memory. With the right plan, many women feel stronger and more confident in this season than they have in years.
Common concerns
- Hot flashes and night sweats
- Vaginal dryness and discomfort
- Bone, heart, and brain health
- Skin, hair, and muscle changes
How we help
- Bioidentical hormone therapy
- Non-hormonal options for hot flashes
- Regular check-ins on how you feel, with labs as a guide
- Healthy aging and longevity planning
Hormonal and Non-Hormonal Options
Hormones are not the answer for every woman, and they are rarely the only answer. Your plan is built around how you feel, your history, your goals, and your labs.
Many women do best with a thoughtful blend of both.
Hormone health is relationship health, too.
When you feel your best, everyone around you feels it.

Libido and Intimacy
Low desire, dryness, and discomfort are common, and they are medical, not personal. We look at hormones, stress, medications, and relationship health with privacy and zero judgment.

Thyroid and Energy
Thyroid shifts, including Hashimoto's, often overlap with hormone changes. We run a full thyroid panel, not just TSH, and treat the whole picture.

A Note From Dr. Tracy
You are not too much. You are not imagining it. And you deserve a provider who takes you seriously.
For so many women, the story sounds the same. You told someone you did not feel right, and you were told your labs were normal, that it was stress, or that it was just part of getting older. So you kept going, because that is what women do.
As a woman and a mother, I know what it is like to keep showing up for everyone while your own body is asking for attention. I built this part of my practice for you.
Here, we listen first, test thoroughly, and build a plan around your body and your goals, whether that includes hormones or not. You will always know what we are doing and why.
Some of the most rewarding moments of my career have been watching women sleep through the night again, think clearly, and feel strong and confident in their bodies. That is what I want for you.

Women's Hormone Questions, Answered
What are bioidentical hormones?
Bioidentical hormones have the same molecular structure as the hormones your body makes, such as estradiol and progesterone. Some are FDA-approved medications and others are compounded by licensed pharmacies. Compounded hormones are not FDA-approved, and we explain the difference so you can choose with confidence.
Is hormone therapy safe?
For many women, hormone therapy started at the right time, at the right dose, and with proper monitoring can be a safe and effective option. It is not right for everyone, which is why we review your personal and family history carefully and check in regularly on how you feel, with labs as needed.
What if I cannot or do not want to take hormones?
You still have options. We offer non-hormonal prescriptions for hot flashes, sleep, and mood, along with nutrition, supplement, and metabolic support. Many women find real relief without hormones.
What is PMOS?
PMOS, or polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome, is the new name for PCOS, announced in 2026 after a global consensus. The name reflects that the condition affects hormones and metabolism throughout the body, not just the ovaries. If you were diagnosed with PCOS, you may start hearing PMOS instead.
Do you help with fertility?
Yes. We focus on fertility optimization: identifying and improving hormonal, thyroid, metabolic, and nutritional factors that can affect your cycles and conception. We do not perform IVF or other fertility procedures, and we are happy to coordinate with your OB-GYN or fertility specialist.
Do you offer testosterone for women?
When your symptoms and labs support it, low-dose testosterone may be part of your plan. In the United States, testosterone for women is prescribed off-label, and we discuss the benefits, risks, and monitoring with you in detail.
Do you offer pellets?
We use creams and oral capsules, which let us fine-tune your dose easily as your body responds, without waiting for a pellet to wear off.
How soon will I feel a difference?
Every woman is different. Some notice changes in sleep or mood within a few weeks, while other improvements build over a few months. We set realistic expectations at your first visit and adjust your plan at each follow-up.
How much does women's hormone care cost?
Our visit pricing is simple and transparent:
First visit: $279. A full consultation covering your symptoms, history, hormones, metabolism, and weight goals.
Lab review and plan: $249. We go over your results together and build your personalized plan.
Follow-up visits: $175. Check-ins to fine-tune your plan as your body responds.
Labs and prescriptions are separate and can often use your insurance. See below for details.
Do you accept insurance?
Our hormone visits are self-pay, which allows us to spend real time with you. Your labs, however, can be billed to your insurance. If you do not have insurance, or have a high deductible, we offer discounted cash lab pricing that is often lower than what insurance would charge.
Your hormone prescriptions can be filled through your insurance at your local pharmacy when covered, or through a compounding pharmacy when a customized dose is the better fit. We can also provide a superbill for your visits, and many women use HSA or FSA funds.
Can I combine hormone care with weight loss?
Yes, and they often work best together. Your $279 first visit includes a review of your hormones, metabolism, and weight goals. Learn more about our Medical Weight Loss Program and Peptide Therapy.
