Longevity and healthy aging care in Brandon, FL
Add life
to your years.

Longevity is not about chasing youth. It is about staying strong, sharp, and fully yourself for every chapter still ahead: the trips, the grandkids, the Saturday mornings on the water.
We measure how you are really aging, find what is quietly speeding it up, and build a plan to keep you thriving for decades.
Lifespan is how long you live. Healthspan is how long you live well.

On average, Americans spend more than a decade of life living with chronic illness.
That gap is where most of the suffering lives, and it is where longevity care does its work. The goal is not simply more years. It is more good years.
Picture yourself at 80. What do you want to still be doing?

From my heart to yours
A note from Dr. Tracy

Early in my career, I cared for patients in critical care, often on the hardest days of their lives. What stayed with me was not only how sick they were. It was how many of those days had begun years earlier, quietly, with numbers no one looked at closely and symptoms that were easy to explain away.
That is why I believe so deeply in longevity care. Not in chasing youth, and not in quick fixes, but in paying attention early, while there is still so much we can change.
Aging is a privilege. Aging well is a plan.
When I think about longevity, I think about the moments that make a life: dancing at a wedding, carrying your own groceries, traveling somewhere new, being fully present for the people you love. Those are the things we are protecting together.
You do not have to do this alone, and you do not have to do it perfectly. We will listen, we will measure, and we will build a plan that fits the life you actually live.
Here is to many more good years, and to living every one of them in vitality.
Have a beautiful day and keep living in vitality.

The pillars of aging well
Longevity is not one treatment. It is a handful of foundations working together, each one personalized to you.

What we measure
You cannot improve what you do not measure. Your longevity workup looks far beyond a routine physical, so we can see risk years before it becomes disease.
Every result is reviewed with you line by line, in plain language, and we retest over time so you can watch your progress. Many of these tests are available through our lab testing menu.

Often explored together
Questions we hear often
Is longevity care the same as anti-aging?
Not quite. Anti-aging often focuses on how you look. Longevity care focuses on how you feel and function: your heart, brain, muscle, metabolism, and energy. Looking vibrant tends to follow.
Do I need to be sick to start?
No. Longevity care works best before problems appear. Many of our patients feel mostly well and want to stay that way, or they have noticed small changes and want to get ahead of them.
What is biological age?
It is an estimate of how old your body is acting compared with your age on the calendar. It can move in either direction, and tracking it over time helps show whether your plan is working.
Where do peptides and NAD+ fit in?
They can be valuable tools for recovery, energy, and repair when they fit your goals and health history. We use them as part of a complete plan built on testing, nutrition, sleep, and movement, not as a shortcut. Learn more about peptide therapy and IV therapy.
Is longevity care covered by insurance?
Longevity care is self-pay, and we are happy to provide a superbill on request for you to submit to your plan. We accept Cigna, Curative, and Tricare Select East for primary care only.
Can I do this by televisit?
Many follow-up visits can happen by televisit anywhere in Florida when clinically appropriate. Your first visit, labs, and some assessments are done in our Brandon office.
