A Note From Dr. Tracy
Most People Are Not Broken. They Are Running on Empty.
After more than twenty years in medicine, from the ICU to functional medicine, that is what I see most.
Busy parents and caregivers. Nurses, teachers, first responders, and anyone coming off a long shift. Entrepreneurs and professionals, athletes and weekend warriors, frequent travelers, military families, and retirees who refuse to slow down. And the people who take care of everyone but themselves.
The Vitality Bar is my answer: a place to pause, refill, and be cared for by a real medical team that will always be honest with you.
IV therapy is not a magic fix. If you find yourself needing it often, we will help you find out why. Until then, here is my prescription for your week.

Personalize Your Drips
Micronutrient Testing
Why guess what your body needs when you can know?
A simple blood test measures the vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and amino acids inside your cells, showing what you are truly running low on. We use your results to personalize your drips, shots, and supplements, so every visit works harder for you.
- Low B vitamins or vitamin D that may be behind low energy
- Mineral gaps, like magnesium or zinc
- Your antioxidant status, including glutathione
- Nutrients you may not be absorbing well from food alone

IV Therapy Questions, Answered
How long does an IV take?
Most drips take 30 to 45 minutes. A glutathione push takes about 5 to 10 minutes, and high-dose vitamin C can take 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on the dose. Shots take about ten minutes from start to finish.
Do I need a consultation first?
For most drips and shots, no. Book directly online, and a licensed provider reviews a quick health screening at your visit before approving treatment. High-dose vitamin C above 25 grams requires a G6PD blood test first.
Can I come in just for a shot?
Absolutely. Many of our guests come in only for a B12, NAD+, or other vitamin shot. Book it on its own online, and you are usually in and out in about ten minutes. You can also add one to any drip or office visit.
Does it hurt?
You will feel a quick pinch when the IV is placed, and then most people barely notice it. Being well hydrated before your visit makes it even easier.
Why an IV instead of supplements?
An IV delivers nutrients directly into your bloodstream, skipping digestion, so they reach higher levels in the blood than a pill can. Supplements still have an important place, and we can help you use both wisely.
Is IV therapy safe?
IV therapy is generally well tolerated in a medical setting with proper screening. It may not be appropriate for people with certain heart or kidney conditions, during pregnancy, or with some medications, which is why every treatment is reviewed by a licensed provider first.
Do I need micronutrient testing before an IV?
No, it is optional. Many patients start with a drip and add testing later. If you want your drips and supplements matched to what your body actually needs, testing is the best place to start.
How often can I come in?
It depends on your goals and your health. Some patients come in monthly, others before travel or during busy seasons. We are happy to suggest a rhythm that makes sense for you.
Does insurance cover IV therapy?
The Vitality Bar is cash-pay, with prices listed right on this page. Many patients choose to use HSA or FSA funds, so check with your plan to confirm eligibility.
Where are you located?
