Regenerative and Longevity Care
Peptide Therapyand Regenerative Wellness in Brandon, Florida
Your body was built to repair, recover, and renew. Peptides are part of how it does that. We help you support that process safely, with real medical care behind every step.
At Live In Vitality, peptides never come from a website checkout. You meet with a provider, we look at your labs and health history, and if peptides make sense for you, your prescription is filled by a licensed U.S. pharmacy. Then we stay with you, checking in and adjusting as you go.
What Is Peptide Therapy?
Think of peptides as text messages between your cells. They are short chains of amino acids, the building blocks of protein, and your body makes thousands of them to keep everything running, from healing and metabolism to sleep.
Peptide therapy means using specific peptides, prescribed by a licensed provider, to support those messages when your body could use some help. Insulin is a peptide. So are the GLP‑1 weight loss medications you have probably heard about.
Some peptides are FDA-approved medications. Others are made by licensed compounding pharmacies and are still being studied. We always tell you which is which, so you can decide with confidence.
It Is Not Just About Living Longer
Lifespan is how many years you live. Healthspan is how many of those years you feel strong, clear-headed, and able to do what you love.
Regenerative wellness is how we protect your healthspan. We look for what is quietly wearing your body down, support the repair processes your body already has, and build habits that hold up for decades. Peptides can be one tool in that plan, alongside hormone optimization for women and men, nutrition, strength, sleep, and longevity-focused lab testing.
Is Peptide Therapy Right for You?
Maybe you're...
- Taking longer to bounce back from workouts, long days, or old injuries than you used to.
- Eating well and moving your body, but the scale and your energy will not budge.
- Noticing your skin or hair changing faster than you expected.
- Sleeping through the night and still waking up tired.
- Already working on your hormones or weight and wondering what else could help.
- Curious about peptides, but not willing to buy a vial online and hope for the best.
If any of this sounds like you, a consultation is where we figure out together whether peptides belong in your plan, and when they do not.

A Note From Dr. Tracy
If you have been reading about peptides online, you have probably seen two extremes. Some people call them a miracle. Others tell you to stay far away. The truth sits somewhere in the middle, and you deserve someone who will walk you through it honestly.
I have spent more than twenty years caring for patients, from the ICU to functional medicine, and one thing has always held true: people get the best results when someone takes the time to understand the whole person. Peptides can be a meaningful part of that picture. They are not the whole picture.
When you sit down with me, we will talk about how you feel, what you want to get back to, and what your labs are telling us. If peptides make sense for you, I will explain exactly what we are using, why we are using it, and what to expect. If they do not, I will tell you that too, and we will find the path that does.
You have one life to live. Let's help you live it at your best, for years to come.

Weight and Metabolism
For when you are doing everything right and the scale will not move
Blood sugar, insulin, thyroid, cholesterol, body composition, and your eating patterns.
The GLP‑1 medications many people know by name are peptides, and FDA-approved options are available for eligible adults who need support with weight. Other peptides are being studied for how the body uses energy.
Our Medical Weight Loss Program, a protein and strength plan, and regular lab check-ins.
Skin and Hair
For texture, firmness, and thinning hair

For staying strong, sharp, and energized for the long run
How you sleep, your stress level, your hormones, key vitamin and energy markers, and, when helpful, biological age testing.
Some peptides support your body's own growth hormone rhythm, which naturally slows with age and affects sleep and how your body holds muscle and fat. Whether this fits you depends on your labs and health history.
Hormone optimization for women and men, NAD+ and IV therapy, and simple sleep and stress strategies.
Gut Health
For bloating, food sensitivities, and inflammation
Your digestion, food triggers, inflammation, and advanced gut testing when needed.
Several peptides are being studied for how they support the gut lining. Many are still under FDA review, and we only prescribe what licensed pharmacies can legally make.
Our step-by-step functional medicine gut plan, nutrition support, and professional-grade supplements.
Intimacy and Desire
For confidence and connection
Hormones, heart health, current medications, stress, and relationship factors.
One FDA-approved peptide medication is available for certain premenopausal women with low desire. Anything beyond that is discussed one on one, with its approval status explained clearly.
About specific peptides. The rules on which peptides pharmacies can make are changing in 2026. We keep up with it so you do not have to, and we only prescribe what licensed U.S. pharmacies can legally prepare. Ask us about any peptide and we will give you a straight answer.

Your Peptide Questions, Answered
What is peptide therapy?
Peptide therapy is the use of specific peptides, tiny messengers your body already makes, to support goals like recovery, weight, skin, and sleep. At LIV, it is always prescribed after a medical evaluation and followed closely over time. For a deeper look, read our guide, Peptide Therapy: What It Is, Who It's For, and What You Need to Know.
Are peptides FDA-approved?
Some are. GLP‑1 medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide are FDA-approved for specific uses, as are a small number of other peptide medications. Many peptides you see online are not FDA-approved and can only be prescribed when a licensed pharmacy is legally allowed to make them. Compounded medications are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. We explain where every therapy stands before you begin.
Do you offer BPC-157 or TB-500?
These are two of the peptides people ask us about most. In July 2026, an FDA advisory committee voted to recommend that BPC-157, TB-500, and several other peptides be added to the list of substances pharmacies may compound. That recommendation is not final, and the FDA still has to complete its formal process.
We follow federal guidance as it changes and only prescribe peptides that licensed pharmacies can legally prepare. At your consultation, we will go over what is available today and what fits your goals.
Status last reviewed September 2026.
Is peptide therapy safe?
Safety depends on the specific peptide, where it comes from, the dose, and your personal health. Possible side effects include redness at the injection site, headache, nausea, or changes in appetite or water retention, depending on the therapy. That is exactly why we screen carefully, use licensed pharmacies only, and follow up with visits and labs.
Who should not use peptide therapy?
Peptide therapy is generally not a good fit during pregnancy or breastfeeding, for people with a current or past history of certain cancers, or for anyone with specific health conditions that are not well controlled. Your consultation includes a full review of your history and medications to make sure it is safe for you.
Do peptides involve needles?
Most peptides are small injections just under the skin, given at home with a very fine needle, similar to what people use for insulin. Some come in oral, nasal, or topical forms. If your plan includes injections, we walk you through it step by step before you start, and we are always a message away if you have questions.
How long before I notice a difference?
It depends on your goal, the therapy, and your body. Results are never guaranteed. We set realistic expectations at your first visit and track your progress together at every follow-up, so you always know where you stand.
Does insurance cover peptide therapy?
Peptide therapy is a cash-pay service. We go over your pricing with you before anything is ordered, so there are no surprises. Many patients choose to use HSA or FSA funds, so check with your plan to confirm eligibility.
Can I use peptides with hormone therapy or weight loss treatment?
Often, yes. Many of our patients add peptides as part of hormone care for women or men, our Medical Weight Loss Program, or functional medicine care. Because we manage your whole plan in one place, we can check for interactions and make sure nothing overlaps.
Where is your clinic located?
Live In Vitality Wellness Center is located at 646 E Bloomingdale Ave in Brandon, FL. We care for patients from Brandon, Riverview, Valrico, Seffner, Lithia, and across the Tampa Bay area.
