I believe healthcare should be personal, unhurried, and focused on how you actually feel.
For over 20 years, I have cared for patients in organ transplant, trauma, surgical, and neurological intensive care, primary care, community health, HIV care, cardiology, gerontology, and concierge medicine. Each chapter taught me something I bring into every visit: the body works as one connected system, and people heal better when they are truly heard.
Today I combine functional and conventional medicine to help you understand your body, understand what is driving your symptoms, and build a plan that fits your real life. I specialize in stubborn weight, low energy, hormone changes, poor sleep, gut health, inflammation, and metabolic concerns.
I built Live In Vitality to be the kind of practice I would want for my own family: thorough, warm, and personal. If that is the care you have been looking for, I would love to meet you.
