Comprehensive Men's Health
It is not justabout testosterone.
Low T clinics check one number and write one prescription. We look at the whole man, because energy, drive, and performance depend on far more than a single hormone.

Testosterone, estradiol, thyroid, and the signals that control them.
Desire, performance, and erectile function, handled privately.
Insulin, belly fat, and a real plan through our weight loss program.
Cholesterol, blood pressure, and red blood cell counts, watched closely.
Because poor sleep drains testosterone and everything else.
The pressure you carry shows up in your labs, too.
Treatment options for thinning hair and hair loss.
Peptides, NAD+, and planning for the next 30 years.
Your Options
A plan builtfor your goals

Whether you run a business, a household, or both, you need energy that lasts past lunch and strength that keeps up with your life.

The people who count on you notice, too.
Show up for them the way you want to.

A Note From Dr. Tracy
Real talkfor the men of LIV
Too many men wait years to get help because they think it is just age, or they worry about being judged. Here are my three promises to you.
- I will treat you, not just a number. How you feel matters as much as any lab value. You do not have to hit a textbook cutoff to deserve real care.
- I will look at the whole picture.Your heart, metabolism, sleep, and future plans all shape your plan.
- I will be honest with you, every time.Even when it is not what you want to hear. Especially then.

Men's hormonequestions, answered
Do you really treat men?
Absolutely. Men's hormone health, sexual health, weight, and longevity are a core part of our practice. You get real time with your provider, a thorough workup, and a plan made for you.
How much does it cost?
First visit: $249. A full consultation covering your symptoms, history, and goals.
Lab review and plan: $199. We go over your results and build your plan together.
Follow-up visits: $125. Check-ins to keep your plan dialed in.
Labs and prescriptions are separate and can often use your insurance.
Do you accept insurance?
Our visits are self-pay, which lets us spend real time with you. Your labs can be billed to your insurance, or you can use our discounted cash lab pricing, which is often lower. Prescriptions can go through your insurance at a local pharmacy when covered, or through a compounding pharmacy for custom blends. Many men use HSA or FSA funds.
My testosterone came back "normal." Can you still help?
Very likely. "Normal" lab ranges are wide, and many men feel far from their best within them. We look at your symptoms, your free testosterone, SHBG, estradiol, and the rest of your labs to find where you actually feel and function best, then build your plan from there.
Will testosterone affect my fertility?
It can. Traditional testosterone therapy can lower sperm production. If you want children now or in the future, tell us at your first visit. Options like enclomiphene, clomiphene, or HCG can help your body make more of its own testosterone while supporting fertility.
Injections or cream: which is better?
Both work well for the right man. Injections are simple and cost-effective, and can be done in our office or at home. Creams give steady daily dosing without needles. We will help you choose based on your labs, lifestyle, and preference.
Is TRT safe?
When it is prescribed appropriately and monitored closely, testosterone therapy can be a safe option for the right patient. We check your blood counts, PSA, cholesterol, and blood pressure regularly, and adjust your plan based on your results and how you feel.
How soon will I notice a difference?
It varies. Some men notice changes in energy, mood, or drive within a few weeks, while changes in body composition take longer. Results are not guaranteed, and we track your progress at every follow-up.
Do I have to stay on testosterone forever?
Not necessarily. We will talk through your long-term plan from the start, including fertility-friendly and non-hormonal options, so you are never locked into something you did not choose.
Do you help with erectile dysfunction?
Yes. Erectile concerns are common and often connected to hormones, blood flow, stress, or metabolism. We address the cause and offer prescription treatment options, privately and without judgment.
Can I combine hormone care with weight loss?
Yes, and they often work best together. Learn more about our Medical Weight Loss Program and Peptide Therapy.
