Do you accept insurance?
Yes, for traditional primary care. Live In Vitality is a hybrid practice. We currently accept Cigna, Curative, and Tricare Select East for traditional primary care services.
Functional medicine, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, longevity medicine, IV therapy, peptide therapy, advanced testing, and most wellness services are self-pay. Our specialty services are designed to provide a more comprehensive, personalized, root-cause approach than traditional insurance-based models typically allow. We also accept HSA and FSA cards for many eligible services.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. We offer telehealth visits for select services and follow-up appointments throughout Florida when clinically appropriate. Some services and evaluations require in-office visits, labs, body composition analysis, or physical examinations.
What areas do you serve?
We serve patients throughout Brandon, Riverview, Valrico, Lithia, FishHawk, Tampa, Apollo Beach, Wesley Chapel, Lakeland, and surrounding Florida communities. Many patients travel to our Brandon office for functional medicine, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, longevity care, and integrative wellness services.
